Part Time Finance and Operations Manager
Internet Start Up Software Company is looking for a part time Finance and Operations Manager , with the potential to become full time in the future. We’re looking for a manager with a strong understanding of accounting, finance and Quickbooks, to handle day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate is a very well-organized team player who enjoys a challenging work environment with a group of young professionals in a start up enviroment
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting in all aspects of the financials of the organization, including implementing sound controls, budget oversight, maintaining and improving financial performance, HR function, journal entries and bookeeping
Preparation of financial reports
Preparation of weekly bank reconciliations
Manage all bank accounts and relationships
Accounts Payable , accounts Receivable , payroll entries, insurance
Assist in preparation of monthly Board of Directors’ reports
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Provide analytical support to Senior Management in order to enhance decision-making process
Implementation of accounting practices and control procedures
Supervision over general accounting in accordance with fiscal cycles and deadlines.
Oversee all operational aspects of the company
Bachelor’s degree, with Accounting, Business or Finance major preferred
3 to 5 years of experience
Finance, accounting and business experience
Strong Multi-tasking necessary
Strong Communications Skills
Strong Computer Skills a must – Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks
